The site displays tiered rates: from $0.03 for each call’s first minute and $0.10 per later minute at the starting rate up to $0.07 and $0.26 at the top rate, according to the applicable account rate, with an advertised $50 withdrawal minimum.
Phrendly has a lower published withdrawal threshold, while Flirt for Cash focuses on helping women get started with video conversations. Neither comparison establishes that you will earn more on one route: eligibility, paid activity and payment access must fit your situation.

Choose by format, then verify the route to payment
If you prefer voice without a camera, focus on services that explicitly support that format. If you enjoy being on camera with one person at a time, compare individual video conversations. A fan page or public livestream adds the separate task of building and maintaining an audience; it is not the same working pattern.
For the Flirt for Cash route, confirm the operator accepts your country and offers a payment method you can use.
