⚡ The idea at a glance
This is the foundation of regular earnings. Help the conversation get started, maintain mutual interest and give the other person a natural reason to return.
📊 Your rate makes a difference
In a rate pair, the first number applies to the first minute of each conversation and the second to subsequent minutes. The same number of paid minutes can therefore earn different amounts.
Four rate levels
- 3/10 · First minute: $0.03 · Each subsequent minute: $0.10 · Six conversations of 10 minutes each: $5.58
- 4/11 · First minute: $0.04 · Each subsequent minute: $0.11 · Six conversations of 10 minutes each: $6.18
- 5/14 · First minute: $0.05 · Each subsequent minute: $0.14 · Six conversations of 10 minutes each: $7.86
- 7/26 · First minute: $0.07 · Each subsequent minute: $0.26 · Six conversations of 10 minutes each: $14.46
Example at 7/26: twenty separate paid conversations lasting one full minute each earn $1.40. One paid conversation lasting twenty full minutes earns $5.01: $0.07 + 19 × $0.26. This example uses whole paid minutes; it does not establish how seconds are rounded or whether every guest call is paid.
Check your account to see how much activity the next rate requires and how much you have already accumulated. Use the minute totals and the contribution of gifts shown on your screen. Do not rely only on the number of days: the same week can contain very different amounts of work.
Your rating and your rate do different things. Your rate determines your pay. Your rating affects the search, how often you meet guests and access to paying conversation partners. The “top girls only” filter requires a rating of 5. Focus on good conversations instead of trying to fix every long queue by replacing your phone or reinstalling its system.
To evaluate your results, divide actual earnings by all your working time, including searching and preparation. An hour of paid conversation and an hour online are different measures. You will find detailed examples in the article on calculating earnings.
Six paid 10-minute conversations at each rate. These are calculated examples, not promised session results.
🎯 Put it into practice
What to do in your next session
- Before going online, check your lighting, sound and connection. Your face should be easy to see and your voice easy to understand. Start with the phone or camera you already have.
- Prepare three topics you enjoy talking about: a film, a trip, a hobby or a funny situation.
- Start with a specific detail and an open question: “I see a guitar — what do you enjoy playing?”
- Follow this pattern: listen → respond to a detail → share a short story of your own → ask a related question.
- If you are both interested, arrange another conversation and add each other as friends. Agree on a time with time zones in mind.
If his answers are short
You: “How was your day?”
Him: “Fine.”
You: “I had a really quiet day today and even had time to make my favourite pasta. Do you feel like relaxing now, or have you still got plans for the evening?”
You give him a topic and share a little about yourself. If he does not want to talk, do not turn the conversation into an interrogation.
Build your conversational language skills: write down five phrases you were missing and practise responses before your next session. Understanding the other person, asking for clarification and sharing short stories all matter.
What to measure: paid minutes, average call duration, search time and the number of people who return. Do not prolong an unpleasant conversation for the statistics: personal boundaries remain your choice.
🧪 Your next experiment
Prepare one question about a topic you enjoy. Use it naturally in your next conversations, then note which topics led to a comfortable exchange and a possible return call.
